Although it feels like it happened overnight, it actually took a loooong time for the Inner Glow Circle Coach Training program to become a reality. Olivia + I worked together for years before Inner Glow Circle was birthed into an actual business.
We asked ourselves: what do the next generation of female leaders need to truly rise up in their own power? Then, we spent a year perfecting our coach training program.
Coaching is one of the fastest-growing industries with SO many opportunities. But it can be draining (and sometimes borrrrring!) to do it alone.
And we all know the feeling of being alone. With our dreams. Our anxieties. Our to do lists. Our businesses. Our many responsibilities. And the deep fear of failing.
We silently ask ourselves, what if it doesn’t work?
But what if it does.
Olivia + I wanted to see a coach training program that taught the art of transformational coaching, alllllll business basics needed to get started + showed women how to truly work in collaboration (NOT competition!). So we created it.
As coaches + leaders, we’re here to work for ourselves, but not by ourselves.
We’ve launched seven Glow Coach Training courses + this summer, we’re launching three more! We’d love to have you join us to become a coach + start changing the world.
It’s been a wild ride, and we’re just getting started.
