Over the last decade, I've trained thousands of coaches across the globe and built one of the world's leading ICF Level 2 Accredited coach training programs.
Before coaching, I was an elementary school teacher with a master's degree in Educational Leadership. I was supposed to be a principal! The reality? I loved helping people grow, but I also knew I wanted a bigger impact and more freedom than the traditional career path offered.
Since then, I've built a multi-seven-figure coaching education company, trained coaches in 40+ countries, earned my ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, spoken on stages, partnered with organizations, and watched our graduates go on to build six- and seven-figure coaching businesses, land executive coaching contracts, launch successful private practices, and completely reinvent their careers.
