People often ask me, “what do you actually do?”
I am the founder of Inner Glow Circle, a coaching company that supports women before, during and after their training.
As we are still in our early stages of growth, my job is to tend a garden. It’s quite a difficult job, mainly because I am an impatient gardener, who also has deep trust in God, nature and the Universe. I trust that it will rain when it needs to rain — and that the sun will come out when it needs to come out.
Nearly every week in IGC, one of our members will come out of the closet about a truth she’s been wanting to share, but didn’t know where, when or how.
This is the space.
The place.
The moment.
So what truths are coming to the surface? One woman is done with her 9 to 5 job that pays well but doesn’t light her up. Another is healing her relationship with her mother through trusting in sisterhood. One is ready to stop messing around and start living her purpose, even if her family thinks she can’t make money doing what she loves.
Together, our women are unraveling childhood traumas, understanding their sexual preferences, ending negative relationship patterns and waking up to their true selves. Really, the list goes on and on.
Last week, after I shared Danielle’s IGC story, she got on our private community page and shared even more. Please know that I received her full permission to share this. In fact, I asked to keep her identity private and she reassured me she was ready to go public. “After getting so many responses, I know I’m not alone in this. Other people need to know they aren’t alone either,” she said to me.
Brave, brave girl.
