katiefallinginlove

I’m so excited about our new website and all the updates to our Mastermind and Coach Training. It feels like I’m falling in love again with my life, my business, our community and most importantly, myself.

And that’s amazing, because it’s been SO long since I’ve felt confident in my own skin. People sometimes tell me they’re surprised to hear I struggle. With my health. With depression. With my confidence. With my need to be liked. Where do you think I got the inspiration for the fear cleanse?!

I’ve shared a lot about the pain of my brother’s passing and the disabilities I’ve experienced from Lyme, like loss of memory, hair, happiness and more.

I often try to understand why people would assume anyone’s life is easy. Who lives without struggle—whether we scream or remain silent? And some of the most difficult battles are internal. We may never know what’s true for the person sitting next to us at work, on the bus or in the gym.

When did we stop “getting” each other?

I believe we are fundamentally disconnected. Technology, social media and all the things that aim to connect us, can actually leave us more separate than ever. We have no idea what’s REALLY going on in people’s lives. And so I want to try to tell you the truth. The #truthtruth.

Life is tough. There are invisible challenges that you don’t see happening for the people around you every single day. You are absolutely not alone, and it is our work is to reconnect the parts and pieces that have become so scattered and tell each other the truth about what’s really going on.

Whether it’s calling attention to the #blacklivesmatter movement, understanding mental illness or reminding our world that sexual harassment is absolutely #notokay, one person’s issues are the world’s issues. The personal is political.

I know we can’t force a movement. It just has to happen. But I’m trying to get women talking about what’s real, what’s true and what matters.

xoxo,

Katie

P.S. I prefer doing things in person, but since I can’t figure out how to get all of us into a physical room right this moment, join me in our virtual Goddess Circle and tell me what matters to you. See you there, sister.
