I got an email a couple weeks ago from someone who asked what she can expect to get if she joins the Inner Glow Circle Mastermind.

What she was really asking was, “is this investment even worth it?”

I love this question personally, because a) it’s an opportunity to coach and b) it’s an opportunity to shed light on responsibility and standing for our clients (or prospects in this case) to truly choose what they desire to create and how to fully show up for that shift in their lives.

Here’s the thing: if you’re looking at making ANY investment in your personal or professional development, you want to look at what becomes possible by fully enrolling yourself in the program or the service. If you’re not energetically invested in the process and committed to getting responsible for showing up and creating results, you won’t get much out of any coaching, mastermind or program. If you’re not truly showing up, it’s probably not worth it.

In IGC we offer a variety of coaching and training calls within our mastermind. There’s a workbook, suggested reading and calls on our calendar that cover everything from marketing best practices, to brand design, overcoming fear, intuition, self love and more.

But guess what? it doesn’t matter what it looks like, if you don’t actually show up to the calls or engage in the content. It doesn’t matter what value potentially lies within any coaching or mastermind if you choose to avoid what you’re committed to or avoid getting responsible for what you want to create and the action it takes in between coaching sessions to see those results.

Clicking “enroll” in a mastermind or program is not what creates results. Showing up regularly, asking for what you need and being partnered with high quality coaches is how you create results. Being in community, in sisterhood and in true connection with other women who are ambitiously working towards their goals and who won’t stand for excuses and limiting beliefs, that’s what counts if you want to see results.  Being willing to own what’s in the way and ask for the support to move it out of the way… yes, that is how you “get something” out of the mastermind. This is how we make magic, miracles, money and more. SO worth it, right?

What does this have to do with you? Well it depends.
