It’s Rebecca here, IGC’s Director of Marketing Training, and I have a question:

Have you ever wondered what makes some coaches ‘pop’ in the online world—often seemingly overnight—while others flounder, chronically rebeccaundercharge and remain the coaching industry’s best kept secret?

Is it luck? Talent? Knowing the “right” people?

In my experience it’s actually something else entirely.

Coaches who quantum-leap in business (and life!) actually think and act differently.

There are certain societal “rules” most people live by that hold them back + stall their progress. The people who move forward fastest make their own rules. I’m here to help you get started.

That’s why I’m so excited to introduce my Break Rules, Make Bank 5-Day Periscope challenge for new coaches! I’m spilling all the secrets on:

  • the most common myths new coaches fall for that keep them stuck + broke (and how to avoid them!)
  • EXACTLY what I focused on to fill up my 1-on-1 practice
  • how I launched 3 successful group programs in less than a year as a full-time coach, have consistent 5-figure months + get my work featured in NBC, Entrepreneur, The Huffington Post and more.

Here’s a sneak peak at what we’ll cover…

Day 1: Why waiting until you’re “certified” to get paid to coach is bullsh**

Think you need to be a “certified” coach to start taking on paid clients?  Think again! In Day 1 of the BRMB challenge I’ll let you in on one of my BIGGEST money-making secrets and outline EXACTLY what you DO need to bring on your first paid clients (like, yesterday!).

Day 2: The myth of “hard work” (and how to work SMARTER to grow your business)

Overwhelm + burnout are so boring—and totally unnecessary in my book!  In day 2 of the BRMB challenge I’ll dispel the common belief that making bank goes hand in hand with long hours + lots of overwhelm, and I’ll share a behind-the-scenes peek at EXACTLY how I structure my weekly schedule to bring in consistent 5-figure months as a coach (WHILE having fun + travelling the world–12 countries in 12 months to be exact!).

Day 3: Why being financially “responsible” can actually be IRRESPONSIBLE!

In Day 3 of the BRMB challenge we’ll talk money!  I’ll dish on EXACTLY how much I’ve spent on coaching and business expenses over the last year, why cashing out my 401K + taking on credit card debt in the early days was the BEST decision I’ve ever made…and share my thoughts on investing, saving, business debt and more

(Ps. I’m now totally debt free, have regularly 5-figure months, and had NO magic trust fund/rich husband/other special advantage. If I can do this you can too!).

Day 4: The case against taking advice from the people who love you.

I know your mom + bestie have your best interest at heart…but it DOES NOT mean you should take business advice from them!  In Day 4 of the BRMB challenge I’ll offer a new perspective on why most of the time it pays to ignore the people who love you when it comes to your business.  I’ll also list the ONLY people you should ever listen to when it comes to your business (hint: they probably did not raise you), how to gracefully ignore the well-meaning advice-givers in your life, and how to protect yourself from other people’s anxiety about how you live your life.

Day 5: Why it doesn’t always pay to be a “nice girl”

One of the biggest roadblocks standing between you and your TRUE earning potential as a new coach is the desire to be liked and approved of + avoid ruffling any feathers.  In our final day of the BRMB challenge I’ll share a few SUPER PERSONAL stories (that I’ve never before shared publicly) of people I’ve pissed off in the last year (and a few who have rubbed me the wrong way), what I learned from these experiences, and why I wouldn’t change a thing.  I’ll also outline the 3 boundaries every boss babe should memorize if she wants to kill it in business.

Are you ready to stop under-earning and start making bank in your coaching business?
