1. What’s one lesson that you’ve learned in Leaders Rising that you’ve already applied?
Community is everything. The support of women who are in it with you, cheering for you, that you can say anything to do, and bounce ideas off of is EVERYTHING!
2. What advice would you have for someone going into Coach Training?
Enjoy the ride! You know more than you think you do, and you have more value and expertise than you’re giving yourself credit for. Own that, step into that, and have fun discovering the parts of you that make you shine in your coaching and in your business!
3. How has Coach Training/Leaders Rising benefited your business?
The community from coach training and leader’s rising has benefited my business tremendously. Especially when you’re first starting out in business, community is not only a nice thing to have, but it’s essential. Some of the women who I met in coach training and LR have become lifelong friends as well as business mastermind parters. I know I can go to them with questions, brainstorm, and ask about problems I’m encountering in my biz.
4. What is something you loved about Coach Training/Leaders Rising?
Again, the community!!!!!!!!!! The retreats were BY FAR, my all time FAVORITE part of my entire IGC experience. Being able to hug friends in real life, spend time working on business, and enjoying time together laughing and learning more about these amazing women was so. much. fun!!!!!! I will cherish those memories forever!
5. How have you grown on a personal level as a Graduate Student from Inner Glow Circle?
I didn’t realize this, but when you start a business, you are inadvertently signing up for intense, ongoing personal development. IGC allowed me to uncover powerful parts of myself I didn’t realize were there on this journey, and I’ve enjoyed learning more about myself along the way.

6. How has IGC continued to support you as a Graduate Student?
I always know that if I need something, if I have a question, if I’m grappling with something, or if I need to bounce ideas around, I have a community of women who are just as invested in me and I am. This is one of the more supportive, encouraging, uplifting spaces I’ve ever been in, and I am so appreciative of the community and the support I am still receiving!
7. Share something that you are currently working on personally or professionally…
I am currently working on ditching sales calls and creating sales through my content and DM convos. This has been super scary, and at the same time so fun! I’ve always said that I want to create a business around what feels good to me, and this is a perfect example of that; if I can make just as big of an impact and work with dream clients without a sales call, why not?!
8. What is something you wish more people knew about you?
I wish more people knew that I don’t have it all figured out. No one does; we’re all doing the best we can and figuring it out as we go. There is so much freedom in embracing this!
9. What strategies have you taken to create visibility for yourself and your business?
I’ve learned to unapologetically show up simply as myself. This has been the biggest shift I’ve seen impact my business. When you can show up as authentically YOU, your people are drawn to you and everything becomes more fun and less forced.
10. What strategies have you taken to create visibility for yourself and your business?
For me, I will continue to grow my coaching business and impact more and more women who are growing businesses and making impact. It’s all about the ripple effect over here!
