1. What’s one lesson that you’ve learned in Leaders Rising that you’ve already applied?

I walk away from every class with at least one golden nugget to take into my business, but if I had to choose one it would be the reminder to do it messy. I can get stuck in the tiny details, but reminding myself it doesn’t have to be perfect helps me get unstuck and to actually do the thing.

2. What advice would you have for someone going into Coach Training?

Be open to the possibilities. If you allow it, Coach Training and Leader’s Rising can be an incredibly transformative experience. Each lesson offers a way to grow as a coach and business owner, but it’s also a catalyst for the deeper work we all need to help get us out of our own way.

3. How has Coach Training/Leaders Rising benefited your business?

The whole IGC community has been instrumental in motivating me to keep moving forward. I know that I have a group of creative and inspiring women to go to for support, feedback, and to ask the tough questions. Most of all, Coach Training and Leader’s Rising have helped me re-build my confidence in myself allowing me to show up fully in my business day to day.

4.  What is something you loved about Coach Training/Leaders Rising?

Hands down, the community, I have made some amazing friends inside IGC. I truly love IGC’s value of “working for yourself, not by yourself.” Being a entrepreneur and solo business owner can get lonely, but I have a board of directors at my side who are always there to provide the support I need.

5. How have you grown on a personal level as a Graduate Student from Inner Glow Circle?

IGC has been an instrumental part of my personal phoenix transformation. When I enrolled for the spring 2023 class, my confidence was shot. I no longer trusted my intuition or knowledge, I constantly worried about what others would think of me, and questioned my expertise. In less than 18 months, I have become the woman of my dreams. I’m confident in myself and what I have to offer, I know my value as a coach, and truly aligned with my new career path. IGC helped me rediscover myself, but also provided me the support and encouragement I needed to believe in myself again.

6. How has IGC continued to support you as a Graduate Student?

The Six-Figure Circle is such an amazing resource! Anytime I have a question about coaching or running my business I know that there’s someone who’s been there before who is happy to provide their feedback. When I have an idea and I need feedback, I know that the IGC community will provide their honest opinions while building me up and supporting me. The leadership team has been there to support me through the highs and lows of my business and they help create an environment of genuine connection and support.

7.  Share something that you are currently working on personally or professionally…

I just recently received my ACC credential, which I have been working on for several months. Now, I’m using that excitement and momentum to continue pouring into my business with the goal of increasing my monthly revenue so that I can leave my ‘9-5’ and do what I love full-time – change lives that change other lives.

8.  What is something you wish more people knew about you?

I recently learned a phrase that I now love – “I have strong opinions, but they are loosely held.” I am a passionate and emotionally driven person, this can sometimes translate to not being open to the ideas of others or willing to be flexible. The reality is that I am always looking to see the other side of things and I want people to challenge my thinking. I am always learning and evolving as a person, and I bring that mindset into my coaching sessions to help my clients achieve their own goals.

9. What strategies have you taken to create visibility for yourself and your business?

This is an area that I’m working on! I’ve spent a lot of my life on the sidelines, trying not to draw too much attention to myself and maintain consistency around me. I’m becoming the woman who isn’t afraid to say what’s on her mind, even if it’s controversial. I have a lot of non-traditional ideas and methods to success, and I’ve come to realize that is what makes me successful as a coach. Each time I step outside my comfort zone, I embrace the uncertainty and focus on what I am learning about myself and my business. These lessons form the foundation of my journey that allows me to show up more powerfully than before.

10. What strategies have you taken to create visibility for yourself and your business?

I am working on creating a community that will provide members with monthly resources to support their own healing and transformation journey. I am also determined to finally write a book about my journey and experiences to inspire others.
