1.   What advice would you have for someone going into Coach Training and/or Leaders Rising?

The programs provided by IGC beckon you deeper into self. You will explore your mindsets and examine your behaviors in order to embrace your authentic and holistic self. My advice is to surrender to the journey. Turn your judgement into curiosity and lean in with vulnerability. It will make you a better human being and therefore, a better Coach.

2.  How has IGC continued to support you as a Graduate Student?

I love The Circle and the recently launched Book Club. One of my intentions for 2023 is to show up more frequently for Open Coaching Calls. Katie, Liv, and the entire IGC team are so accessible and supportive.

3.  How have Coach Training and Leaders Rising benefited your business?

It has prepared me to submit my PCC portfolio for ICF credentialing and has given me the confidence to articulate what I do, why I do it and how it transforms lives.

4.  What is something you loved about Coach Training and Leaders Rising?

The community, the content, and the conversations! I truly love IGC and what is being built.

5.  Share something you are currently working on personally or professionally:

Personally, my family is working on our legacy – emotionally, spiritually, financially and physically. This looks like living together in an intergenerational home and crafting plans that accelerate our growth as a family unit. Professionally, I’m exploring how to launch and scale social-impact businesses that have coaching as a key methodology.

6.  What is something you wish more people knew about you?

I am very silly, I love to laugh, and there’s no place I’d rather be than at home with my family.

7. What strategies have you taken to create visibility for yourself and your business?

I’ve worked with branding and marketing coaches to hone my vision and craft a brand in alignment with my core values. I’ve also been intentional about engaging in income generating activities each day and leaning into the forms of communication and connection that resonate with me on an energetic level.

8. What’s next for you?

I am the Love Big Coach and my singular goal is to introduce people to the power of a Love Ethic – as they live, lead, learn, and love. A Love Ethic is a force that creates, liberates and sustains us as we engage healing and experience transformation. I want to increase my visibility, my brand, and create a coaching agency for other coaches who are committed to a Love Ethic and want to support nonprofits, leaders, and teams as they engage this powerful and life-changing work.
