1. What inspired you to become a coach, and how did the IGC Coaching School help you take the leap?

I ran a construction company in Pensacola, Florida, and over time, I began to feel the weight of work, family, faith, and responsibility. Like many men, I was trying to provide, lead, and hold everything together, but my marriage started to suffer.

It took me several years to truly understand what it meant to be a good husband, a strong family man, and a steady leader in my home. Once I began learning those lessons and applying them, I felt called to help other men do the same.

I believe family is one of the greatest gifts God gives us, and I’m passionate about helping men grow into the kind of husbands, fathers, and leaders their families need.

2. What’s one powerful transformation you’ve experienced since starting Coach Training?

One of the most powerful transformations I’ve experienced is learning that when you show up willing to learn, lower your walls, and stay open, growth becomes possible.
So many of us unknowingly block ourselves from the life we truly want. Fear, insecurity, self-doubt, and low confidence can keep us stuck in patterns that don’t serve us.
But when you have the right support, guidance, and community around you, things begin to shift. Having people who challenge you, encourage you, and help you see what you may not see on your own is a blessing.
Growth was never meant to happen alone. Sometimes the support you allow into your life becomes the bridge to the life you’ve been praying for.

3. How has IGC helped you step into your confidence and own your leadership?

IGC has helped me step into my confidence and leadership, becuase they showed me coaching does not have to be scary. That I dont have to have all the answers, and I can support someone else, while they can find the road that leads to blessing. As coaches, helping our clients pull out the strength they always had was such a amazing thing to learn. We all have greatness in us, sometimes it just takes someone to help us see it, and IGC helped me understand that, through their generous teaching, patience with answering questions and the community that they built that is so supportive.

4. What’s one lesson you’ve learned in Coach Training/Leaders Rising that has made a big difference in your coaching or business?

IGC has helped me step into greater confidence and leadership by showing me that coaching does not have to feel scary or overwhelming. I learned that I do not have to have all the answers to make a meaningful impact. Instead, coaching is about creating a safe, supportive space where people can discover the path that leads to growth, clarity, and blessing.

One of the most powerful lessons I’ve learned is that, as coaches, we have the opportunity to help clients recognize and draw out the strength they already carry within them. Every person has greatness inside of them. Sometimes, it simply takes the right support, guidance, and encouragement to help them see it.

IGC helped me understand this through their generous teaching, patience in answering questions, and the supportive community they have built. Their leadership has given me the confidence to grow as a coach and the tools to better serve others.

5. What’s your favorite memory or “aha moment” from your training with IGC?

My favorite memory was the final night of class. After spending every Wednesday together for nearly nine months, our group had grown incredibly close. Because we were able to be open, honest, raw, and transparent in a safe space, it created a powerful environment for growth. Over time, we realized we were not just learning together; we were building real connection and genuinely enjoying the journey together.

6. What’s the biggest mindset shift you’ve had on your coaching journey?

My biggest mindset shift in coaching has been realizing that our dreams and ambitions may start as a thought, but they can absolutely become reality.

If you have a heart to help people, there is a path you can take that not only fulfills that desire, but also allows you to make a real impact in the lives of others.

Coaching has shown me that helping people create meaningful change is not only possible, it is deeply fulfilling. Watching someone grow, gain clarity, and step into a better version of themselves is one of the most rewarding experiences.

7. What advice would you give to someone considering Coach Training?

I would say this: JUST DO IT!

There is a reason you feel the way you do. That desire to help people, grow, lead, and make an impact is not there by accident.

It takes courage to honor your convictions and take the next step, but with the right support, guidance, and community, you are capable of doing what you feel called to do.

If you believe you are meant to be a coach, stop waiting for the perfect moment. Take the step. Trust the calling. Start moving toward the life and impact you were created for.

8. How has your business changed since becoming a certified coach? (Clients, income, confidence, etc.)

Not only has my confidence grown tremendously, but I now have a community of teachers and fellow coaches who support, encourage, and challenge me in every way.

I have already gained over 10 clients, and I truly feel like I am just getting started.

The confidence is exciting, but what is even more powerful is the joy of doing work I genuinely love. Helping people grow, watching lives change, and stepping into what I feel called to do has been incredibly fulfilling.

This journey has shown me that when you take the step, trust the process, and surround yourself with the right people, doors begin to open in ways you never expected.

9. How are you currently building visibility and growing your brand as a coach? (Social media, speaking, collaborations, etc.)

I post online every day, and I make it a priority to ask questions, learn from others in my industry, and continue growing.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that you grow by putting yourself out there. When you share your offer, have real conversations, and create a space where people feel invited to change, you begin to understand the true power of coaching.

I used to be afraid to tell people what I did. Now, I’m proud to share that I am looking for clients and ready to help people change their lives.

That shift has been powerful. Confidence grows when you stop hiding what you’re called to do and start showing up for the people you’re meant to serve.

10. How has IGC continued to support you as a Graduate Student?

I know support is always within reach, whether it is through a phone call, an email, or a post in the group.

I have also built meaningful friendships with classmates who I can connect with, share ideas with, and learn from along the way.

IGC has created a strong and supportive community, and it is encouraging to know that I am not walking this journey alone. If I ever need guidance, encouragement, or support, I know they are there.

11. What’s something unique about your coaching style or approach that sets you apart?

I honestly feel honored to help people work through challenges in their marriage.

I know how scary it can feel when the love, family, and life you have built feels like it could be slipping away. That kind of pain is real. But I also believe that with the right support, guidance, and willingness to grow, the issues that once felt overwhelming can begin to change, heal, and be restored.

I love helping men and women rebuild their relationships, strengthen their marriages, and restore the bonds within their families. To me, that is what life is truly about: family, meaningful memories, deep connection, and the kind of love that fills your life with purpose.

12. Tell us about a client transformation that deeply impacted you as a coach.

One client I worked with was not even on speaking terms with his wife.

He had three kids, had moved out of the house, and their marriage felt like it was hanging by a thread. There was pain, distance, and very little hope.

After six weeks of coaching, things began to shift.

He and his wife started talking every day again. They began spending quality time together. Now, they are on the verge of moving back in together.

Is the marriage fully restored yet? Not completely. Marriage is not a quick fix. But he is on the road to restoration, and the direction is positive.

What encourages me most is that he is not just trying to get back to where things were. He is learning how to build something healthier, stronger, and more connected than before.

When he told me how happy he was that his marriage was healing, I was genuinely so happy for him.

That is why I love this work. Watching a family begin to heal, reconnect, and find hope again is one of the greatest honors.

13. What’s one business or marketing strategy that has worked really well for you?

POST ONLINE! POST ONLINE! POST ONLINE! Share what you do. Let people know how you can help.

Do it with love, compassion, and the right mindset. Don’t hide the work you feel called to do. Talk about it. Share it. Speak from the heart.

There are so many people who need support, guidance, and hope. Your voice, your story, and your willingness to show up may be exactly what helps someone take their next step.

Tell people what you do, and believe in the impact you can make. You never know whose life could change because you had the courage to show up.

14. What are you currently working on in your coaching business? (New offers, programs, retreats, speaking, etc.)

Right now, I am focused on strengthening my systems and making my processes smoother and more efficient.

I am implementing a new CRM that will help me automate my workflow, stay organized, and create a better overall experience for my clients.

I am also working on launching merchandise and continuing to improve how I show up online with more professionalism, consistency, and clarity.

It is exciting to see everything coming together, and I’m grateful for the growth, momentum, and vision behind what I am building.

15. What’s something about your personal journey that more people should know?

I almost lost my marriage, and now I help others restore theirs.

Marriage is one of the most important relationships you will ever have. Your husband or wife is not just your partner; they are the person who walks with you through life, sees you at your best and worst, and helps shape you in ways no one else can.

There is so much growth, love, patience, and purpose inside of marriage when both people are willing to fight for it.

My hope is that you get to fully enjoy that relationship. That you grow old together. That you keep learning each other, choosing each other, and building a life filled with love, kindness, and meaningful memories.

Because when a marriage is healthy, safe, and full of love, it becomes one of the greatest blessings this life can offer.

16. What’s next for you? Any big goals or dreams you’re manifesting?

My overall goal is to help restore 10,000 marriages in my lifetime.

I want to help people rebuild what has been broken, heal what has been wounded, and begin repairing patterns that may have been passed down for generations.

As a Christian, I believe marriage is holy. I believe it is one of the greatest gifts God has given us, and I believe it is worth fighting for with humility, wisdom, faith, and the right support.

My prayer is that God continues to bring people into my life who are ready for healing, restoration, and change. Even when things feel impossible, even when others believe the marriage is too far gone, I want people to know there is still hope.

With God, growth, and a willingness to do the work, restoration is possible.

17. How has coaching changed your life beyond just business?

It has expanded my heart and helped me see what is truly possible.

I believe life can be amazing, but it takes the right mindset, intentional action, and strong support to get there. We were not made to do this life alone.

This journey has helped me believe in the power of community even more. It has helped me open up, share my personal story, talk about my struggles, and step into a level of confidence I never would have imagined a few years ago.

Looking back, I can see how much growth has happened. I am filled with hope for people, and I am genuinely grateful that I get to do this work every day. Helping others grow, heal, and believe in what is possible has become one of the greatest blessings of my life.
