1. What inspired you to become a coach, and how did the IGC Coaching School help you take the leap?
What inspired me to become a life coach was a deep desire to help young adults navigate the transition into adulthood with clarity, confidence, and a sense of self. I’ve always been passionate about helping people find their voice, set meaningful goals, and create healthy boundaries that honor who they are becoming. I’ve seen how powerful it can be when young adults begin to understand their own autonomy and realize they have the power to shape their future with intention.
Inner Glow Circle (IGC) gave me not just the tools, but the confidence to step fully into this calling. Through the program, I learned how to hold space, ask powerful questions, and trust my intuition as a coach. IGC also helped me see that my unique perspective and passion are exactly what make me effective and that was the push I needed to take the leap.
2. What’s one powerful transformation you’ve experienced since starting Coach Training/Leaders Rising?
One powerful transformation I’ve experienced since my life coach training is that I’ve truly found my voice and embraced the power of my boundaries. Before coaching, I often showed up in ways that prioritized others’ needs over my own, but through this journey, I’ve learned how to honor my intuition, speak up with clarity, and hold space for myself the same way I hold space for others. I no longer feel the need to shrink or overextend. I show up fully, with confidence and alignment. That shift has not only changed how I live, but how I coach.
3. What’s one lesson you’ve learned in Coach Training/Leaders Rising that has made a big difference in your coaching or business?
One of the most valuable lessons I learned in coach training is that holding space is more powerful than having all the answers. As a coach, it’s not my job to fix, it’s my job to listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and trust that my client already has the wisdom within them. That shift changed everything for me. It allowed me to step back, stay present, and show up with confidence rather than pressure. It’s a lesson I now carry into every conversation, both as a coach and in my everyday relationships.
4. What’s your favorite memory or “aha moment” from your training with IGC?
An aha moment for me during coach training was realizing that boundaries aren’t walls, they’re invitations to deeper, healthier relationships. I used to think setting boundaries meant pushing people away, but I’ve learned they actually create clarity, safety, and respect both for myself and others. That shift changed how I communicate, how I show up, and how I support my clients. It was the moment I truly understood that honoring myself is not selfish but essential.
5. What’s the biggest mindset shift you’ve had on your coaching journey?
The biggest mindset shift I’ve had through coach training is realizing that I don’t have to earn my worth by pleasing others. I used to tie my value to how much I could give, help, or accommodate but now, I know that being true to myself is far more powerful than being agreeable. Letting go of people-pleasing has allowed me to make decisions with confidence, trust my intuition, and create space for authentic, mutual relationships. It’s a shift that’s changed how I live and how I coach.
6. What advice would you give to someone considering Coach Training or Leaders Rising?
If you feel even a spark of curiosity about becoming a life coach, follow it. This work isn’t just about helping others grow; it’s about discovering who you are at your core. My advice? Don’t wait until you feel 100% ready because clarity often comes through action. Life coach training will challenge you, stretch you, and expand your capacity to listen, lead, and live with purpose. If you’re drawn to helping people transform, start by allowing that transformation in yourself. It’s one of the most meaningful journeys you’ll ever take.
7. How has your business changed since becoming a certified coach? (Clients, income, confidence, etc.)
Since beginning my coach training and launching my business, everything has shifted from how I show up to how I serve. In the beginning, I focused on doing everything “right,” trying to follow what I thought a coach should be. Now, my business is built around authenticity. I attract clients who align with my values, especially young adults seeking clarity, confidence, and boundaries. I’ve moved from trying to prove myself to trusting myself, and that shift has created more ease, flow, and impact. My business feels less like a job and more like a calling.

8. How are you currently building visibility and growing your brand as a coach? (Social media, speaking, collaborations, etc.)
Right now, I’m building visibility to grow my business organically and through word of mouth. Most of my clients have come through personal connections, referrals, and simply showing up authentically in conversations and communities I care about. It’s been a really genuine way to grow because people connect with my story, my energy, and the work I’m passionate about. As I continue to grow, I’m staying focused on meaningful relationships and letting visibility expand from there.
9. How has IGC continued to support you as a Graduate Student?
IGC has continued to support me well beyond the training through its amazing network and community. Being surrounded by like-minded coaches who are generous, inspiring, and committed to growth has been invaluable. Whether it’s sharing ideas, celebrating wins, or getting support, I always feel connected and uplifted. It’s a community that truly lasts.
10. What’s something unique about your coaching style or approach that sets you apart?
What sets my coaching apart is the safe, supportive space I create, especially for young adults navigating transitions. I combine intuitive listening with interactive lessons that include creativity and movement, helping clients engage deeply and discover their own path in a dynamic way. This blend makes the coaching experience both meaningful and energizing.
11. Tell us about a client transformation that deeply impacted you as a coach.
One client came to me feeling stuck and unsure of her next steps. Throughout our work, she kept hitting resistance, doubting herself, hesitating to set boundaries, but we met each moment with curiosity and compassion. Over time, she began trusting her voice, owning her choices, and stepping into her independence. Watching her grow through those moments of resistance was incredibly powerful.
12. What’s one business or marketing strategy that has worked really well for you?
Word of mouth has worked best for me as a strategy to grow my business.
13. What are you currently working on in your coaching business? (New offers, programs, retreats, speaking, etc.)
Next, I’m excited to expand my practice by offering workshops and group coaching experiences. These will focus on goal-setting, personal boundaries, and building confidence, especially for young adults navigating life transitions. I’m passionate about creating interactive, movement-based spaces where growth feels engaging, supportive, and real.
14. What’s something about your personal journey that more people should know?
In my personal life, I’ve created healthier relationships, started taking real time for myself, and embraced the belief that I can do hard things. I’ve also adopted the “let them” mindset, letting go of control and focusing on what I can choose for myself.
15. What’s next for you? Any big goals or dreams you’re manifesting?
Personally, my next steps include making time for travel, soaking up meaningful moments with my family, and starting a passion project, writing a children’s book. I’m excited to create space for joy, creativity, and connection in this next chapter
16. How has coaching changed your life beyond just business?
Coaching has changed my life beyond business by helping me trust myself, speak up with confidence, and set boundaries that honor who I am. It’s transformed how I show up in my relationships, my choices, and my everyday life.
