1. What inspired you to become a coach, and how did the IGC Coaching School help you take the leap?
My personal experiences of recurring miscarriage and infant loss drew me to a calling to write a book, which led me to the world of coaching. I realized my personal experiences could empower women beyond just writing—this is when coaching became a possibility for me. Seeking to return to my passion for mentoring and developing others, I sought out IGC Coaching School for professional training and certification. IGC offered so much more than training. I experienced acceptance, belonging, and a culture where I could truly grow and glow.
2. What’s one powerful transformation you’ve experienced since starting Coach Training/Leaders Rising?
I experienced the transformative power of BELIEF. Surrounding myself with women who not only believe but testify to the results that emerge from those seeds of thought is truly powerful. This process of believing and seeing has opened my eyes to all the possibilities available to me and my clients.
3. What’s one lesson you’ve learned in Coach Training/Leaders Rising that has made a big difference in your coaching or business?
“Stay curious a little longer, rush to advise a little later.” This quote from a powerful woman during a Coach Training Session transformed how I approach coaching conversations. Instead of jumping to solutions, I’ve learned to create space for clients to discover their own answers.
4. What’s your favorite memory or “aha moment” from your training with IGC?
I had so many aha moments at the Fall 2024 Retreat in Scottsdale. My most treasured memory is winning the Pitch Contest. I arrived at the retreat uncertain of what to expect and how I would be received. Winning that contest solidified that I belong in this space and can be authentically myself while being received with love.
5. What’s the biggest mindset shift you’ve had on your coaching journey?
My biggest shift was moving from being the problem-solver to being the curiosity-creator. Previously, I felt my value came from having all the answers. Now I understand that my greatest impact comes from asking powerful questions that help clients discover their own solutions. This shift has deepened my coaching relationships and created more sustainable results for my clients.
6. What advice would you give to someone considering Coach Training or Leaders Rising?
IGC Training is a beautiful opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with powerful women. Being part of this amazing community prepares you for your next chapter in ways you can’t imagine. Don’t hesitate—invest in yourself and your future impact through this transformative experience.
7. How has your business changed since becoming a certified coach? (Clients, income, confidence, etc.)
My business has become more established and continues to grow, making a deeper imprint in the world and in the lives of the people I serve. With certification came increased confidence in my methodology and approach, allowing me to create more impactful client relationships and outcomes.
8. How are you currently building visibility and growing your brand as a coach? (Social media, speaking, collaborations, etc.)
I’m building visibility by being more authentically present on social media, promoting my branded merchandise, and speaking at events and on podcasts. This year I plan to host more virtual events and collaborate with complementary brands and coaches to expand my reach and impact.
9. How has IGC continued to support you as a Graduate Student?
IGC has continued to support me through Mentor Coaching, allowing me to remain in THE SIX FIGURE CIRCLE community, and offering opportunities like being featured in this Graduate Newsletter. Their ongoing support demonstrates their commitment to my long-term success.

10. What’s something unique about your coaching style or approach that sets you apart?
My coaching is faith-forward and Holy Spirit led without being didactic. I create a space where faith can inform and inspire the coaching relationship without imposing specific beliefs or prescriptive solutions. This approach allows for deeper spiritual connection while honoring each client’s individual journey.
11. Tell us about a client transformation that deeply impacted you as a coach.
I coached a woman just four weeks after she experienced a miscarriage. Being able to walk alongside her from the darkness of grief into the light of healing was deeply transformational for both of us. In her words, “I was the missing piece she never knew she needed.” Now, as I cheer her on and hold her close in my heart, we await the arrival of her new baby in Spring 2025. From personal experience, I know the courage to “try again” after loss is a testament to restored hope, healing, and transformation.
12. What’s one business or marketing strategy that has worked really well for you?
The strategy that has yielded the greatest returns is authentic storytelling on social media. By vulnerably sharing my own journey through loss and healing, I’ve attracted clients who deeply resonate with my message. This authenticity has created stronger connections than any formulaic marketing approach could achieve. I’ve also found that investing in myself and connecting with other coaches has exposed me to additional strategies that help me continue to grow as a leader and entrepreneur.
13. What are you currently working on in your coaching business? (New offers, programs, retreats, speaking, etc.)
I’m currently pursuing more paid speaking opportunities and developing new group coaching programs. These initiatives will allow me to expand my impact while creating more accessible entry points for women seeking support through their own healing journeys.
14. What’s something about your personal journey that more people should know?
My journey started with a simple “YES” to God—through both joys and sorrows. I didn’t know what my “YES” would cost me, but as I surrender to His will for my life, He continues to open doors and make ways that I couldn’t imagine by myself. This willingness to follow my calling, despite the unknown, has been the foundation of everything I’ve built.
15. What’s next for you? Any big goals or dreams you’re manifesting?
My vision board currently reflects my goals of writing and launching my book, speaking on more paid platforms, and increasing my business income to at least $100K. These goals represent not just financial milestones but the expansion of my impact and message to women who need to hear it.
16. How has coaching changed your life beyond just business?
Coaching has reignited the spark and passion for developing others while giving me clarity on my purpose. It has provided healing in my own journey through loss by allowing me to transform pain into purpose. This work has become not just what I do, but who I am.
17. How has IGC helped you step into your confidence and own your leadership?
IGC has helped me step into my confidence and leadership by providing effective tools and training, while cultivating an inclusive and diverse community. They offer opportunities not just to be coached but to coach others, which was instrumental in my professional development. This practical experience was a huge benefit to me leveling up in my coaching practice.
