1. What inspired you to become a coach, and how did the IGC Coaching School help you take the leap?
I saw the total and complete transformation in my own life working with a coach. When her school (IGC :D) offered a scholarship for mothers it helped me to take a leap of faith on myself!
2. What’s one powerful transformation you’ve experienced since starting the Coaching Level 2 Program?
I quit my soul sucking job in education to stay home with my son and build my life coaching/reiki business on my terms! Being able to be present with him has transformed me into the mother I have always dreamed of being.
3. How has IGC helped you step into your confidence and own your leadership?
Surrounding myself with powerful women has definitely helped me step into leadership both as a mother and as a coach. I am not afraid to take risks, try new things, and above all shine my light unapologetically!
4. What’s one lesson you’ve learned in Coaching Level 2 Program that has made a big difference in your coaching or business?
If the thing you want doesn’t exist, create it yourself!
5. What’s your favorite memory or “aha moment” from your training with IGC?
I really loved Kaleah’s class about intuition. It made such an impact on both my coaching practice AND my personal life! I now live from a place of total and complete alignment with my inner knowing and it feels so so good!
6. What’s the biggest mindset shift you’ve had on your coaching journey?
I think shifting from the mother/sister wound and living in scarcity/competition to realizing there are women out there who GENUINELY want me to believe, will celebrate and cheer me on AND help me get back up when I fall. #LIFECHANGING!!!
7. What advice would you give to someone considering Coaching Level 2 Program?
Leap and the net will appear! I promised myself that if I got the scholarship I would take the leap. I was three months postpartum, had little savings, and no job. It was definitely scrappy- I’m talking breastfeeding under the camera in class- but I was able to make it happen and when I did I felt on top of the world!!
8. How has your business changed since becoming a certified coach? (Clients, income, confidence, etc.)
EVERYTHING has changed since becoming a certified coach! I have paying clients, am making an income doing what I love, and have never felt more confident.

9. How are you currently building visibility and growing your brand as a coach? (Social media, speaking, collaborations, etc.)
The main way is via social media, but I have also recently started collaborating with other IGC grads to help support women!
10. How has IGC continued to support you as a Graduate Student?
The Circle calls are always so amazing and just the continued love/support from the coaches on the calls <3
11. What’s something unique about your coaching style or approach that sets you apart?
I blend coaching with somatic practices like reiki and breathwork!
12. Tell us about a client transformation that deeply impacted you as a coach.
I have to shout out my partner client from first semester, Sammy Bea. Watching her grow and evolve from where she was October 2023 to becoming THE subconscious rewiring queen has quite literally set my heart on fire. I can still remember her first “breakthrough” and running around my house cheering after our call and now she is crushing it in her business!
13. What’s one business or marketing strategy that has worked really well for you?
I think caring less what people think and saying the thing that is on my heart. I believe in this day and age authenticity speaks volumes!
14. What are you currently working on in your coaching business? (New offers, programs, retreats, speaking, etc.)
I have an 8 week coaching program called The Road Less Traveled for women who are burnt out and tired of chasing society’s version of success. I help them to gain clarity on what it is THEY believe success to be then help them regulate their nervous system, rewire their subconscious and create a personalized “roadmap” to get them there. I also do reiki sessions/ packages and one day dream of doing retreats!
15. What’s something about your personal journey that more people should know?
This is a little bit vulnerable but when Kendell reached out to tell me I had been selected as the graduate spotlight of the month it really made me reflect upon where I was at when I first started this journey. In October 2023 I had just had my son, and I had just come to the realization that I needed to leave my husband for various reasons. Two years later, I have gained the courage to separate from my husband and am on my way to creating the life of my dreams for me and my son. I know that none of this would be possible without my IGC community and I am so just so grateful for the divine timing of this opportunity in my life. Receiving this spotlight has squashed my “mean girl” story of being behind. There is no such thing, it’s all divinely planned; trust, surrender, and have faith that everything is working out for your highest good…even when you can’t see it yet!
