1. What inspired you to become a coach, and how did the IGC Coaching School help you take the leap?
I became a coach because I spent way too many years of my life feeling stuck, hopeless and continuously fighting myself. Therefore, I went to college to get a degree in psychology so that I could learn everything I could about mental processes, feelings, motivation and how they’re all intertwined. After college, I went into business psychology (HR), where I was able to help and develop others in the workplace, but I wanted to make an even bigger impact – by building my own business. I’ve always had this lingering feeling that I need to help others in the way I wish I could have been helped during my years of struggle, so that is what I started to do.
2. What’s one powerful transformation you’ve experienced since starting Coach Training/Leaders Rising?
I’ve gained an unstoppable belief in myself and an ability to embrace immense discomfort while taking on new journeys. I learned that you don’t have to have all the answers – you just have to take that small next step forward and trust yourself fully.
3. How has IGC helped you step into your confidence and own your leadership?
IGC gave me the tools, resources, practice and education that showed me it was all possible and I was more than capable of becoming a successful coach. Time and time again, IGC leaders showed me that there was no reason to have doubt in myself, and that if I believed it could happen then there was no stopping me.
4. What’s your favorite memory or “aha moment” from your training with IGC?
I LOVED the partner coaching experience! My partner coach and I built an incredible relationship where we felt safe to talk through our limiting beliefs and had so many moments of “wait, I CAN DO THIS!” We still talk constantly to this day and are continuously cheering each other on!
5. What’s the biggest mindset shift you’ve had on your coaching journey?
It’s not about constantly pushing and putting pressure on yourself, it’s about slowing down, listening to yourself and building what feels good to you at your own pace.
6. What advice would you give to someone considering Coach Training or Leaders Rising?
If you are considering it it’s because you are meant to do it! Don’t doubt yourself or wait for the “perfect time” to start. The time is now. And once you start, commit to being completely present and getting in as much coaching practice as you can.
7. How has your business changed since becoming a certified coach? (Clients, income, confidence, etc.)
I show up with more confidence and clarity, not just in what I offer, but in how I hold space. I trust myself on a deeper level, which has allowed me to attract clients who are deeply aligned with my mission. But the biggest change? I no longer feel like I’m trying to prove anything. I lead from truth, not pressure and that’s where it all started to feel so much more fun – so much more ME.
8. How are you currently building visibility and growing your brand as a coach? (Social media, speaking, collaborations, etc.)
Social media – Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, along with pop-ups and events at my pilates studio!

9. How has IGC continued to support you as a Graduate Student?
Many IGC leaders have been in touch to ask how it’s going and where I need further support. I am also invited to any open coaching calls they have, included in the IGC Facebook support page and am continuing 1:1 mentor coaching!
10. What’s something unique about your coaching style or approach that sets you apart?
My business is not about fixing people, it’s about helping people create safety within themselves so they can free themselves, unlock themselves. It’s not about gaining more, doing more, achieving more – it’s about coming back to you and finding what you’ve been looking for within. I’ve realized people don’t need to be saved – they need to feel seen, safe, and supported enough to save themselves.
11. Tell us about a client transformation that deeply impacted you as a coach.
One client transformation that deeply impacted me was working with a woman who came to me feeling completely stuck in her head, constantly overthinking, doubting herself, and feeling disconnected from her emotions. She was so used to basing her decisions & worth off of others’ approval and opinions that she lost herself. Week by week, I watched her connect back to her truth. She started recognizing her patterns, giving herself permission to feel, and trusting her own voice instead of chasing external approval. By the end of our time together, she told me, “I finally feel like I’m not fighting myself every day.” That moment reminded me exactly why I do this work, because it’s not just about change, it’s about coming home.
12. What’s one business or marketing strategy that has worked really well for you?
Posting videos on TikTok and instagram – leading with authenticity and my own story/emotional truth! It has really helped me reach clients and get my message out there.
13. What are you currently working on in your coaching business? (New offers, programs, retreats, speaking, etc.)
A group program and in person events – “coffee/cocktails and coaching!”
14. What’s something about your personal journey that more people should know?
I’ve done a complete 180 from the person I used to be. The version of me back then was drowning in anxiety, stuck in cycles of depression, and felt completely disconnected from who I truly was. I looked fine on the outside – but inside, I was exhausted from fighting my own mind every day. That is why I am so passionate about this work and why I have such a personal connection to it.
15. What’s next for you? Any big goals or dreams you’re manifesting?
I would love to grow group and in person events, expand my presence through speaking, content and collaborations and solidify and grow my podcast!
16. How has coaching changed your life beyond just business?
Coaching has changed my life way beyond just business. It has taught me how to unlock myself the way I am working to unlock others. Instead of listening to the pressure, the need to produce outcomes and the limiting beliefs, I began to question why these things were coming up, and listened to the self that was underneath it all. I built more self compassion, emotional safety and self trust within relationships, decisions and my day to day life.
