1. What advice would you have for someone going into Coach Training and/or Leaders Rising?
Trust the process; that uncertainty you feel is okay. If you embrace the journey this experience will unfold to be truly transformative. You get what you put in, so dedicate time and energy, and take your training seriously. Lean in and the growth will be worth every moment.
2. How have you grown personally as a Graduate Student from Inner Glow Circle?
Taking my Coach Training to the next level helped me become even more confident in who I am and what I offer. It guided me to take more responsibility for my journey, both personally and professionally. I now live my life with ruthless intention. I am so much more aware of who I am now and this new found confidence has rippled into my relationships, my career, my way of being, everything.
3. Share something that you are currently working on personally or professionally…
Currently, my main focus has been on my personal life. Having recently moved to a new country, and needing to rebuild everything from (almost) scratch has been a big part of this year. Reforming a routine, making new friends, getting familiar with my new surroundings, AND I’m gearing up for my wedding abroad in February 2024! My professional life and work has truly been an anchor for me during this hectic year of transition, and I feel so incredibly fortunate to have the freedom and financial stability to invest deeply in my personal life and relationships during this chapter.
4. What is something you loved about Coach Training and/or Leaders Rising?
What really sets IGC apart for me is the supportive community of women you become a part of when signing up for one of their programs. As someone who’s frequently on the move, maintaining a “circle” was challenging until I found Inner Glow Circle. The online community provides unwavering support, and the genuine desire of everyone to see you succeed propels you to strive for EVEN more.
5. What’s one lesson that you’ve learned in Leaders Rising that you’ve already applied?
I’ve embraced facing fear head-on, feeling that fear and doing it anyway, while really taking chances on myself. The incredible support from the women in Leaders Rising has infused me with self-belief and an understanding of my true capabilities. This lesson has become an integral part of who I am and how I choose to lead by example. It’s shaped how I navigate challenges and hope to inspire others to take chances on themselves through my own actions.
6. What strategies have you taken to create visibility for yourself and your business?
I make it a point to talk about “what I do” at every opportunity I get. Whenever I’m meeting new people, whether in informal environments like traveling, or professional networking events, I share my story and my passion, which seems to spark genuine interest and lead to referrals and other exciting opportunities. Recently, I was invited to give a keynote speech at a United Nations professional development conference here in Panama—all which came about through casual conversations with new friends!
7. What’s next for you?
My immediate focus is on getting married and being fully present through the planning and preparations the next few months. I have so many exciting ideas for my business, including enrolling in a new certification program and diving into my passive income project, but these are on the back burner for now. I’m really happy with where I’m currently at professionally, and I’m eagerly anticipating March 2024 as the time to bring these new ideas to life!
