1. What’s one lesson that you’ve learned in Leaders Rising that you’ve already applied?

My favorite Leader’s Rising Lessons are “Do it before you’re ready” and “Do it messy.” I also love the idea that when you get into your head and are questioning putting yourself out there, you should focus on your ideal client being out there waiting on you instead of looking for perfection within yourself. There are people that need us and can’t wait for perfection that is never going to come.

2.  What advice would you have for someone going into Coach Training and/or Leaders Rising?

100% would tell them to do it. It’s life changing. The community in itself is worth its’ weight in gold. You make connections with your “Board of Directors” who are other badass women who clap for you and hold you up when you are being your harshest critic. The instructors and mentors are phenomenal and it’s the support you need to launch your coaching business and develop a community for life.

3. How has Leaders Rising benefited your business?

I was starting from scratch. I didn’t have a website, an LLC, an idea of my ideal client, etc. Through the wisdom of the group and suggestions and coaching, I have created a website, a company, I’m a CEO and have an email list platform, etc. I would have spun my wheels without the support of fellow instructors and coaches through these programs.

4. What is something you loved about Coach Training/Leaders Rising?

I have to say that the high standards that we are held to is extremely important to me. I have a lot of prior eduction in different areas and was a therapist for many years, and it was very important to me to find a program that was ethical, forward thinking, women-only and held itself and its’ members to the highest standards. I feel proud to have graduated from IGC and now am excited to be in my second semester of Leader’s Rising. The only negative is that it will be over soon, but the connections I’ve made will be long lasting!!!

5. How have you grown on a personal level as a Graduate Student from Inner Glow Circle?

Although I am a business woman in my full-time career, there is something different about putting your own brand out for the world to see. I’m no longer representing someone else’s vision, but my own. On a person level, I have experienced bravery, creativity, walking through fear and empowerment that I would not have if I hadn’t gone through IGC’s programs. I can’t even express how much I’ve grown in my personal and business life.

6. How has IGC continued to support you as a Graduate Student?

As a graduate student, IGC continues to support me on a daily basis. I am a member of the Circle and Leader’s Rising group. The retreats have been phenomenal and our bonds as friends and colleagues have strengthened even more. It’s a safe space where we can be vulnerable, lift each other up and be who we truly are. As a graduate student, those growth areas have only gotten stronger.

7.  Share something that you are currently working on personally or professionally…

My current niche is health coaching, focusing on mindset work related to aging, getting your life back and feeling young again (at any age). I have experienced my own weight loss and return to health and I am on a mission to help other women do the same. I am working on a course to help women breakthrough the mindset barriers, build healthy habits and develop a discipline that they haven’t experienced, all the while loving themselves through the process!

8.  What is something you wish more people knew about you?

I want people to know that I am taking all of my mental health training and experience, along with my business experience and training and am showing women how to change their lives, one good decision at a time until it becomes an automated process. I want women to know I’m just like them in that I experienced self-loathing, food addiction, depression, overthinking and perfectionism that kept me stuck. Once I finally figured it out, my whole life is ahead of me and I can’t wait to share this with others!! It’s a freedom that every woman who has been through something similar should and can experience.

9.  What strategies have you taken to create visibility for yourself and your business?

You can find me on Instagram/Facebook/TikTok in sweaty workout clothes on a regular basis just trying to be a positive light for others. I am honest and vulnerable on social media with my weaknesses and how I have turned my life around in terms of health and wellness! I would love to see you all there, sweating it out with me!

10.  What’s next for you?

I am gearing up to release my course and a group wellness program soon! Stay posted and know that if you or anyone you know needs me, I am here for you! I always say, if I can do it, you can 100% do it! We GET to be healthy, not because we have to. It’s a privilege and worth every consistent decision we make.
