Nearing the end of my teaching career, I knew I had so much more to give and offer others. After working with a life coach myself and getting crystal clear on my desires, life coaching was the obvious next step.

My entire life, I’ve had a passion for personal development and growth. If there was a book, a program, a course, or podcast to help me grow and evolve as a person, I was in! My growth from having a challenging childhood to living the life I have today – is truly built from the belief that you can absolutely create the life you desire. I’m proof of this!

You are the author of your own life. Yes, there are (most likely) obstacles and beliefs that may be holding you back. But with the power of coaching, we will work together to guide you in overcoming these obstacles and building new, empowering beliefs. You can then create a clear plan for where you want to go in life and the action plan to get you there.

This process works. And I’m committed to coaching you through to your goal.

1.   What advice would you have for someone going into Coach Training and/or Leaders Rising?

To lean on and actively reach out to any of the trainers, mentors, or even fellow students to get the support that you may need. Both coach training and Leaders Rising are a community of women helping, supporting, and encouraging other women. Take advantage of this amazing community so that you can grow and evolve in the best ways possible.

2. How have you grown on a personal level as a Graduate Student from Inner Glow Circle?

The thing that I’ve noticed the most since partnering with IGC is my increase in confidence in myself and the belief that I can truly build the business I desire. No matter what goal we have for ourself or our business, everyone is supported. Everyone is celebrated and acknowledge. This type of support and accountability has not only helped me grow personally but as a life coach and business owner.

3. Share something that you are currently working on personally or professionally…

Throughout my time in IGC, I’ve grown my confidence to truly step outside of my comfort zone and do the things that I desire. I am currently working on putting my podcast, “Discover Your Voice Within” out into the world. IGC has helped me discover my own voice – not only as a coach but as a person also. I’m inspired to help other women truly discover their voice and acknowledge the desires they have for their life. I’m excited to launch this podcast soon!

4.  What is something you loved about Coach Training and Leaders Rising?

I have loved being involved in a community of like-minded women that are all here to support one another. This is such a safe place to be vulnerable, share your concerns and doubts, help you through any challenges you may face in your business, and get the inspiration you need. There are constant opportunities for growth and knowledge in IGC.
5. What strategies have you taken to create visibility for yourself and your business?
My number one strategy that I’ve used during my time in IGC is to use the knowledge and learning from my coach training and Leaders Rising and simply take action. Taking action in the now by putting myself out there with everything that I’ve been learning is exactly what has helped move my business forward. Everything I’ve learned, I’ve taken at least one small action step forward. This has allowed me to become more visible, both on social media and in my community. I’ve continuously worked on my “confidence list” of my wins, my achievements, my traits that help me build my CEO Level Confidence. This exercise has helped me so much and continues to help me in my business!
6. How has IGC Continued to support you as a graduate student?
As a Graduate student in IGC, I have experience the personal, intimate support that I’ve needed to build my business in a way that is best for me. There are so many places that I can go to for accountability and for my growth – my partner coach, student trainers, the GLOW GEO trainings, personal coaching, and so much more. The support I’ve received is endless.
7. What’s next for you?
I am excited to be a part of IGC’s Admissions Advisor team and also a student trainer for the Spring session. I love being able to continue my connection with IGC in deeper way and being a part of the team of amazing women!
