1. What advice would you have for someone going into Coach Training and/or Leaders Rising?
My advice for someone going through Coach Training if your intuition or your heart is telling you that you’re meant for more in this life, and you have the desire to be a life coach, JUMP IN! Don’t hesitate. I have made many connections, formed friendships, and have been mentored by a few women within IGC. Had I not joined Coach Training, I wouldn’t have met these incredible women entrepreneurs who inspire me and are such a big part of my life!!
If you are an IGC Coach Training graduate and you want to continue to evolve as a coach, a leader, and an entrepreneur, and you love being in the community, ENROLL IN LEADERS RISING! Joining Leaders Rising was a no-brainer for me. Continuing to be a part of this community is an added bonus. I knew I wanted to grow and learn more about building my business, the world of coaching, and how to really show up as your true authentic self. Plus, the two in-person retreats within our Leaders Rising program are AMAZING! I loved meeting my online friends in person!
2. How have you grown personally as a Graduate Student from Inner Glow Circle?
I’ve grown a lot on a personal level as a graduate student from IGC. I am now able to speak up for myself more, not in a negative way, but in a way that protects my boundaries and my peace. I’ve also learned to take a stand for myself, put my needs first, and prioritize self-care. Another interesting thing I’ve learned is how intuition is my inner compass and roadmap not just for making business decisions, but also how to trust myself more with making decisions in my personal life.
3. Share something that you are currently working on personally or professionally…
I am currently fine-tuning my 1:1 coaching program to offer new clients. I am also working on up-leveling my astrology offerings, too! Also in October, I will be graduating from our Leaders Rising program. I am sad about leaving that container, but I am SO grateful and excited for what’s next!
4. What is something you loved about Coach Training and Leaders Rising?
What I loved about being in both programs is being with like-minded people. You don’t have ANY idea of who you are going to meet and become friends with. That is so cool to me. You get to make friends and meet people from different parts of the US, the world, other walks of life, backgrounds, etc. It is super amazing to meet people who aren’t from where I live. One of my favorite parts about being a coach is getting to hear people’s life stories and where they come from.
5. What’s one lesson that you’ve learned in Leaders Rising that you’ve already applied?
I have learned SOOO much in Leaders Rising now that I’m close to graduating, but I’ve already applied the lesson on TRULY how to take a stand for MYSELF and, in turn, take a stand for my clients as well!! It really is worth it!
6. What strategies have you taken to create visibility for yourself and your business?
I have been showing up in person more often to create visibility for myself and my business. Since the pandemic, I realized how much I really missed connecting with people in-person and how amazing that energy can be. In the past year, I’ve attended a few networking events, stepped up my social media game, joined different business networking groups for women entrepreneurs, and started to show up more than I ever have online. I would say this has been 100% worth it!
7. How has IGC continued to support you as a graduate student?
IGC has continued to support me as a graduate student by providing opportunities for all of us to stay connected through other courses (Six Figure Sales, NLP Certification, I was enrolled in BOTH!), attending open coaching calls, and getting to be part of any further trainings that can help us grow personally and professionally. These have benefitted me so well!
8. How has Coach Training/Leaders Rising benefited your business?
Both programs have helped me get clear on my niche, the focus of my business, and I’ve learned how to grow my business in terms of what I offer. In addition to offering 1:1 coaching packages, I also offer private astrology chart readings for clients to get to know themselves better, see their cosmic blueprint, and how to cultivate a spiritual connection of their own understanding.
9. What is something you wish more people knew about you?
I am funny, kind, and polite. I wish more people knew that about me. I have a sarcastic and dry sense of humor in real life! I also love a good dirty joke. I enjoy joking around and being silly when I’m explaining how astrology works to different people. I am from NY, which is widely known to have negative people living here, but I was raised to be kind and polite. I take great pride in that. I’m the nicest New Yorker you’ll ever meet!
10. What’s next for you?
I’m working toward acquiring my ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credentials through the International Coaching Federation, I hope to do that by the end of Q4 this year, or early 2024.
