1. What inspired you to become a coach, and how did the IGC Coaching School help you take the leap?

For most of my life, I felt like I was made for more—more impact, more freedom, more connection. I absolutely love building women up and infusing a little bit of confidence in them so they can find it within themselves. I used to wish for someone to hold me accountable and help me create the life I wanted instead of just existing in survival mode. When I found IGC, something inside me said, “This is it.” IGC gave me the structure, tools, and more importantly, the support to stop waiting and start building the life I dreamed of—on my own terms.

2. What’s one powerful transformation you’ve experienced since starting Coach Training/Leaders Rising?

I’m buying a house! That may sound like a typical life milestone, but for me, it represents everything—financial healing, self-trust, leadership, and personal power. A year ago, I was deep in debt and doubt. Now I’m negotiating real estate deals with confidence. That’s the power of coaching.

3. How has IGC helped you step into your confidence and own your leadership?

IGC reminded me that I already am a leader—I just needed to reclaim that identity. Through coaching, practice, and community reflection, I learned to stop outsourcing my worth and start taking up space. I don’t wait to be invited anymore—I create the table.

4.  What’s one lesson you’ve learned in Coach Training/Leaders Rising that has made a big difference in your coaching or business?

That clarity comes through action. I used to get stuck in overthinking and productive procrastination. IGC taught me that real confidence and clarity are built by doing. Every coaching session, every piece of content, every offer—it all adds up.

5. What’s your favorite memory or “aha moment” from your training with IGC?

One of the most unforgettable moments from my training with IGC was the first time I truly understood the power of holding space without fixing. In a peer coaching session, my client was in tears, unraveling something deeply personal. Every instinct in me wanted to offer a solution, to soothe, to make it better. But instead, I paused… grounded… and just held her. Not with answers, but with presence. And then she said, “No one’s ever let me just sit in it without trying to rescue me. This is what I needed.” It made me realize that transformation doesn’t come from having the perfect words—it comes from creating the space where people can hear themselves. That moment rewired how I show up—not just as a coach, but as a woman, a friend, a leader. IGC didn’t just teach me how to coach. It taught me how to trust. And that changed everything.

6. What’s the biggest mindset shift you’ve had on your coaching journey?

Done is better than perfect. I don’t have to do everything flawlessly to make a powerful impact. My humanity is part of my magic. I used to hide behind the fear of not knowing enough—now I lead with what I do know and trust that it’s enough to change lives.

7. What advice would you give to someone considering Coach Training or Leaders Rising?

1. Say yes to yourself. Don’t wait until you “feel ready.” Growth doesn’t come from waiting—it comes from taking the leap and trusting you’ll become the woman who can handle it.

2. Be open to the healing and growth that comes with becoming a coach. You have to walk the walk in order to talk the talk.

3. Be the Master of your own Universe. You don’t have to do everything that everyone else does. Take your time figuring out your offer, your message, your framework AND don’t be afraid to change it if it isn’t serving you.

8. How has your business changed since becoming a certified coach? (Clients, income, confidence, etc.)

I’ve launched workshops, led coaching sessions, and started building my brand as The Confidence Dealer. But more than that—I believe in myself. I keep promises to myself. I’ve become a woman who finishes what she starts.

9. How are you currently building visibility and growing your brand as a coach? (Social media, speaking, collaborations, etc.)

I’m launching my podcast, hosting workshops, sharing on social media, and speaking openly about confidence, intimacy, and feminine power. I’m building community through authenticity, not algorithms.

10. How has IGC continued to support you as a Graduate Student?

The continued access to coaching calls, community support, and leadership opportunities is everything. I never feel like I’m doing this alone—and that safety allows me to take bigger risks.

11. What’s something unique about your coaching style or approach that sets you apart?

As The Confidence Dealer, I help women play the winning hand in Life. My approach is a blend life coaching with intimacy education centered around self-love. I create safe, judgment-free spaces for women to explore their sensuality, build confidence, and redefine their identity beyond roles they’ve outgrown.

12. Tell us about a client transformation that deeply impacted you as a coach.

One of the most profound client transformations I’ve witnessed recently was with a client navigating overwhelm, self-sabotage, and a deep desire for holistic integration. Through our coaching sessions, I saw her shift from scattered energy and self-judgment into a grounded, empowered architect of her own rhythm. What struck me most wasn’t just what she accomplished—it was how she redefined self-discipline as self-love. When she said, “Follow-through is the way I show myself self-love,” it hit me in my core. That line became a sacred mirror—not just for her, but for me too. It reminded me why I coach: to help women move from overwhelm to embodiment, from to-do lists to transformation. Seeing her reconnect with her spiritual practice, lean into mindfulness, and create structure from a place of worthiness—not perfection—was a divine reminder that our clients don’t need to “do more.” They need to come home to themselves. And that process? It transforms all of us.

13. What’s one business or marketing strategy that has worked really well for you?

Collaborating with other local business owners that have a similar audience has worked really well for me. Cross-promoting, trading services, and co-hosting workshops has helped me grow my reach and deepen connections in my community.

14. What are you currently working on in your coaching business? (New offers, programs, retreats, speaking, etc.)

I’m launching a podcast and creating a community for women to reconnect with themselves and find their joy—all centered in self-love, owning your power, and prioritizing pleasure.

15. What’s something about your personal journey that more people should know?

I’m 49, a mom, and Poker Dealer turned Confidence Dealer. I didn’t have it all figured out when I started. I had debt, fear, and zero idea how to run a business—but I said yes anyway. It’s never too late to follow your passion and transform your life.

16. What’s next for you? Any big goals or dreams you’re manifesting?

I’m manifesting a thriving community of empowered women, sold-out group programs, a podcast that reaches thousands, and full-time freedom in my coaching business.

17. How has coaching changed your life beyond just business?

I’m no longer just surviving—I’m living on purpose. Coaching helped me reconnect with my worth, believe in my dreams, and hold myself accountable. I’ve become the woman I used to dream about being. And now, I help other women do the same. Joining IGC has been the best bet I’ve ever made on myself.
