1. What’s one lesson that you’ve learned in Leaders Rising that you’ve already applied?

Your network is your net worth. Build relationships and stay connected to like-minded women, leverage the support they offer, give back where and whenever you can. It will pay dividends in building your business.

2. What advice would you have for someone going into Coach Training and/or Leaders Rising?

Engage and take advantage of all offerings. If you are not working full time on your business ensure you carve out the time and be consistent.

3. How has Coach Training/Leaders Rising benefited your business?

It has inspired me to get WOW off the ground and create a fantastic network of diverse coaches that support my vision.

4. What is something you loved about Leaders Rising?

Retreats were definitely the best way to fully engage and get to know the other women in the program.

5. How have you grown on a personal level as a Graduate Student from Inner Glow Circle?

I have realized that my W2 is not servicing me. I recently decided to leave my corporate role and focus on building WOW. Having a plan forward and jumping in full time has been rewarding and inspiring.

6. How has IGC continued to support you as a Graduate Student?

The open coaching calls, networking and friendships I’ve built are irreplaceable. There’s a comfort level knowing I can reach out to any of the IGC ladies at any time and they will help and support me. We have just started a regular touch point so we can stay connected and see how we can help support each other.

7.  Share something that you are currently working on personally or professionally…

WOW is moving forward at full speed. I have 8 coaches that will offer services to the WOW community and change many lives. We are also planning to offer retreats which I really look forward to. Many of the WOW coaches are IGC graduates and I couldn’t be happier to partner with them on my vision. Their experience and coaching niches offer such diversity and support to WOW members.

8.  What is something you wish more people knew about you?

I wish more people knew how much I’m willing to help and shape their lives. I love seeing others succeed and want to share my knowledge and experience with them.

9. What strategies have you taken to create visibility for yourself and your business?

Now that I’m on a different professional trajectory, I can pour my heart, time and effort into WOW and market without feeling my W2 might be impacted.

10. What strategies have you taken to create visibility for yourself and your business?

My vision for WOW is to offer affordable coaching services for women and build a community that they can find the resources and support they need in health and wealth. My vision for coaches that sign on with WOW is for them to find their ideal clients they can support and change lives. It’s such a win-win model!
