1. How has IGC helped you step into your confidence and own your leadership?
I never thought I could have my own business. I thought I was too introverted to market myself and my services. But coach training and Leaders Rising gave me so much confidence to pursue entrepreneurship. It’s not easy by any means, and there are days/weeks/months I doubt my ability to coach, to make money, to keep a business afloat. But the skills, mindsets, and support I have received and continue to receive from IGC has been invaluable to my confidence and leadership.
2. What’s one lesson you’ve learned in Coaching Level 2 Program that has made a big difference in your coaching or business?
3. What’s something unique about you and your coaching style?
The way that I blend declutter & organizing with life coaching is definitely unique. I’ve seen declutter coaches before that work on mindset and habits beyond just professional organizing, but no one that has taken that even further into more general life coaching. I work with clients on decluttering not only their physical spaces, but also the personal and societal narratives, and the limiting beliefs they have collected that have become obstacles to living the life they actually want. A disorganized space and a disorganized mind go hand in hand and they both can keep us stuck in lives and habits that don’t truly serve us. But once we declutter both there is no limit to what we can do.

4. Tell us about a client transformation that deeply impacted you as a coach.
Any time I ask a client a question or offer a reflection that stops them in their tracks and they say, I’ve never thought of that before, is a transformation, however small, worth celebrating. I love those moments! On a larger scale, I had a client who hired me to help them declutter and organize their whole house. They had moved in a few years ago after a divorce and had never really set the place up to be their home. We started in the bedroom to make sure she had a calm and relaxing place to land. And more than once during our work over the next few months she would say how grateful she was we started there because just having a bedroom without all the clutter helped her sleep better and made it easier to deal with stressful or tough times. That’s why I do this work. It’s not just about the clutter, it’s about your wellbeing in all areas.
5. What are you currently working on in your coaching business? (New offers, programs, retreats, speaking, etc.)
I have recently started a free group for people to fold laundry or do other mundane, dreaded chores together over Zoom to foster community, provide accountability, and get stuff done. It’s called the LFG, or Laundry Folding Gang. I’ll be hosting an Anti-Vision Board workshop at in January. And I’m launching a group program that will be part coworking on decluttering the home and part mindset work to declutter the limiting beliefs sometime in early 2026. Stay tuned to Instagram or sign up for my newsletter on my website for updates!
6. What’s next for you?
I would love to someday host retreats! In the nearer future though I am manifesting a full roster of clients, and many guest spots on podcasts. I love discussing my work and perspectives with others in that format as a way to get me and my message out into the world!
