1. What’s one lesson that you’ve learned in an IGC Program that you’ve already applied?
I am currently enrolled in NLP. I used a technique called Embodying Metaphor on a client, and she said after our session, she felt like a different person. The technique helped her shift a mindset she has had for over 20 years.
2. What advice would you have for someone going into Coach Training?
My biggest piece of advice for anyone in Coach Training is to start exploring all the activities you want to pursue right away. There’s no need to wait until you graduate. I took action, even when I felt scared and things were messy, but that experience helped me overcome my initial fear of getting started. Reach out to people in all areas of your life and share what you’re doing. It takes courage and vulnerability, but your future clients will connect with you more deeply.
3. How has Coach Training/Leaders Rising benefited your business?
Coach training has benefitted my business by providing excellent coaching technique strategies, how to run the business side, and the confidence to reach out to experts when I am stuck. I felt empowered to start coaching and doing monthly workshops during my coach training.
4. What is something you loved about Coach Training/Leaders Rising?
There are so many things that I love about Coach Training; one in particular is the community of highly gifted women. We all have strengths to share. It was powerful to go through the training alongside other women and peer coach one another. That dedicated time is highly valuable and catapulted my confidence when working with one-on-one clients.
5. How have you grown on a personal level as a Graduate Student from Inner Glow Circle?
One major way I have grown on a personal level after graduation is that I have had challenging conversations that were decades overdue and I felt confident and secure expressing my feelings.

6. How has IGC continued to support you as a Graduate Student?
IGC has amazing Coaching Calls, and I am grateful they are available on replay. I am also currently enrolled in NLP. The Facebook group, podcast, Graduate Newsletter, and YouTube channel are also great resources.
7. Share something that you are currently working on personally or professionally…
Professionally, I’m focused on creating a group coaching program for women that helps them build confidence, improve their mindset, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I’m also hosting monthly workshops on themes like transformation and self-growth, and refining my one-on-one coaching packages to help my clients see real results. Personally, I’m prioritizing spending quality time with my family and friends, traveling, and continuing my own personal growth through self-care and creative outlets like journaling.
8. What is something you wish more people knew about you?
9. What strategies have you taken to create visibility for yourself and your business?
A few steps I have taken to create visibility for myself and my business have been building a loyal and consistent Facebook group, having a website, and sharing my business and my progress on my page. Face-to-face with people is also helpful. I have monthly workshops and have gained one-on-one clients from those encounters.
10. What strategies have you taken to create visibility for yourself and your business?
What is next for me is to grow my one-on-one and group programs and be able to surpass my current salary. I want to be a part of a speaking event and plan a destination retreat for my clients. I want to do all of these things while still cultivating strong relationships with my friends and family.
