IGC's Get Hired Guarantee

We guarantee that you will land your first paid coaching client within 60 days of graduating from IGC’s Level 2 Credential — or we’ll coach you for free until you do.

Guarantee Terms

To qualify for the Get Hired Guarantee, you must meet all of the following requirements:
1. Attendance + Completion

Attend at least 80% of live classes in your enrolled certification cohort.
Complete 100% of assignments, including:
- All in-class activities and coaching labs
- All homework inside the student portal
- Final evaluation and/or required practice coaching hours

2. Engagement in Six Figure Circle

Attend a minimum of 2 live Six Figure Circle coaching or coworking calls per month during your enrollment period.

3. Marketing + Sales Activity
You must submit valid proof of completing all of the following:

Complete the Six Figure Certified™ Curriculum modules for both Marketing and Sales
Publish your coaching offer inside the Six Figure Circle at least once per month on Promotion Saturdays.
Launch at least one discovery call campaign, defined as a minimum of 5 coordinated content pieces (e.g. posts, stories, emails) promoting discovery calls over a 7-day period, u
Promote your offer consistently on at least two social platforms or to your personal/professional network for 2 consecutive weeks, including:
- A minimum of 10 total posts
- At least 5 posts with a clear Call to Action (CTA) inviting followers to book a discovery call
- Content must be shared over at least 5 unique posting days
Conduct a minimum of 5 discovery calls using IGC’s Sales Call Script Template with prospective clients post-graduation. Calls must be recorded and submitted for feedback.

4. Timeline + Submission Format

Complete all requirements and submit your proof within 60 days of graduation.
Valid proof includes:
- Screenshots or links to social media posts/stories
- Recordings, confirmation emails or DMs related to discovery calls
- Notes or summaries from your 5 discovery calls
- Copy of your offer and campaign content

Guarantee Activation

If you meet all of the above criteria and do not secure at least one paid coaching client within 60 days of graduation, IGC will provide:

A complimentary 30-day 1:1 coaching and business strategy plan, including:
- Weekly private coaching calls with an IGC Certified Business Coach
- A personalized Six Figure Strategy Plan outlining specific next steps
- Ongoing access to business-building tools and coaching support for up to 90 days following the coaching plan, as long as you are actively implementing the strategy

Definition of “Paid Coaching Client”: A new client who pays a minimum of $100 USD for a coaching session or package.

Terms & Discretion

IGC reserves the right to verify all submitted materials and determine eligibility based on program engagement, effort, and adherence to the outlined requirements. This guarantee is designed to support committed students who actively participate and apply the strategies taught.
