Everyone experiences fear and self doubt. It’s totally normal and part of the human experience. Even the most successful people in the world experience fear and self doubt from time to time (and sometimes way more often than that.)
COO Liv Chapman spoke out on fear and self doubt. Read on to see what her message is:
I have to be honest. I have A LOT of fear.
On a daily basis, I experience moments of total uncertainty, anxiety, worry and self-doubt that all show up differently.
Some days I fear that people are judging me. Judging me for the way I handle business, judging me for being a single parent, judging me for traveling so much, judging me for the way I dress, the list goes on.
Sometimes I get anxiety about whether I’m good enough to lead.
I fear that I’ll never fulfill my life’s ever-evolving purpose.
I doubt my ability to actually be the mom that my sons need or want me to be.
One thing I’ve noticed is that typically fear is most present when there are really big things going on. But the reality is, it shows up on some level everyday.
The thing is though, they are just moments.
They are moments in time where I am faced with a decision. I can choose to sit in fear or I can choose to embody something else.
In the past, I used to let my fear take over my whole being.
You could see it in the way I interacted with others, in how I took care of myself (or better yet, didn’t). You could see it in the choices I made. I was running on fear and didn’t even realize that there was a different way to live.
If you’re a human, I know you’ve felt fear at some point in your life.
I often tell my clients to remember that all their emotions are reminders that they are human, having a human experience.
And do you know what power you have as a human? The power of choice.
When I truly understood that I could shift my fear into something else, my life changed beyond belief.
I used to always think when fear was present, I had no choice but to fully embody it. That is simply not the case.
There is a way to feel fear and understand and acknowledge it while still choosing to be or embody something else.

Something that really helped me realize fear can be present in day to day life but not take over your entire way of being was Inner Glow Circle’s Fear Cleanse.
Fear can be used as a motivator, a driving force in your life. Fear can teach you a lot about yourself if you stop trying to hide from it.
CEO Katie DePaola taught me the fear clearing method that changed my life.
If you’ve ever been caught in worry, self-doubt, negative thoughts, feelings of not being good enough, smart enough, talented enough, brave enough, bold enough or enough of anything…you’ve got to practice fear clearing.
You’ve got to work through the fear. If you’ve done this ten times already, do it an eleventh. If you’ve never practiced clearing, now is the time to start.
Fear does not have to take over your being. You can powerfully choose something else, promise.
Happy Clearing,
Liv Chapman
