I was blessed to work with Charisma early in my coach training journey. During this time, I was filled with uncertainty and resistance to building my own practice; I felt under-qualified. Thankfully, Charisma was an encouraging, guiding light. I couldn't have asked for a better person to walk me through the early steps of business building.
My biggest takeaway being my resistance to particular language. Charisma helped me notice how particular words and phrases triggered a shutdown response. In light of this, we implemented shifts in both how I speak to myself and others. When we first started my sessions with charisma, I knew that there was more that I wanted to create in life. I just didn’t know how to go about it. I kept trying things - starting and stopping. Feeling overwhelmed and disappointed in myself for going in circles and continuing cycles/patterns that I wanted to break. I almost felt like she was my last hope.
My experience with Charisma was transformational on so many levels. I feel like she truly understood me, especially on a spiritual level, which is what I really wanted in a Coach.
Every time I presented a problem to Charisma, she would help me get to the root of it on an emotional, spiritual, and mental level and would assist me in identifying steps to take to make my newfound perspective shift a way of being. I found myself able to shift my perspective quicker and work through mental and emotional blockages in a way that I couldn't have done prior to working with her.
Ultimately, she helped me go after what was truly in my heart and elevate my consciousness and overall life.
