NOTE: THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON ANY IGC COURSES, TRAINING, COACHING OR PROGRAMS.

ADD DROP IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR ICF ACCREDITED LEVEL 1 AND LEVEL 2 COURSES. ALL OTHER COURSES, TRAINING, COACHING OR PROGRAMS ARE SUBJECT TO NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS POLICY. ANY PAYMENT PLANS WILL BE COLLECTED UPON REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU UTILIZE THE COURSE, TRAINING, COACHING OR PROGRAM.

How can I withdraw from IGC Coach Training Level 1 or 2?

Due to the nature of our Level I and Level 2 ICF Accredited Coach Training and Certification Courses, which provides immediate access to the IGC Open Coaching calls (Six Figure Circle), trainings, and materials, we do not accept requests for refunds or requests to withdraw from these programs outside of our 7 Day Add/Drop Period, At sign up, all students agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined on the registration page which outline this 7 day period as well as receive a copy of the 7-day add/drop window policy upon registration.

What is the IGC 7 Day Add/Drop Period?

Please review the following terms regarding our 7-day add/drop window policy:

  1. Add/Drop Period: Students have a 7-day window from the start date of the class to add or drop the course. This period begins on the first day of the class in which the student has enrolled.
  2. Drop Request Procedure: To drop a class within the 7-day window, students must submit a written request to drop to training@innerglowcircle.com. Please include the following:
    1. Your full name
    2. The email which you used to register
    3. Your phone number
    4. The name of the course
    5. The reason for dropping
  3. Add Request: Students may enroll up to 7 days after the start of the course by officially enrolling or emailing admissions@innerglowcircle.com. Students who enroll AFTER the official start date of class will be ineligible for the 7 day add/drop window.
  4. Billing Policy: Students who do not drop the class within the 7-day window will be billed the full tuition amount for the course. Students who complete the DROP policy as outlined above will not be responsible for any further payments of originally enrolled course.
  5. Payment Due Date: Payment for the course tuition is due based on the schedule of the payment plan for which you selected. Failure to pay by the due date may result in additional fees and penalties.
  6. Collections Policy: Failure to pay tuition fees may result in the account being sent to an external collections agency which will negatively impact your credit. In this case, students are also responsible for any associated collection fees, which typically amount to an additional 20-30% of the total remaining balance.
  7. Refunds: IGC Coaching School offers NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, CREDITS OR EXCHANGES.

Furthermore, please review the non-disparagement agreement listed in the terms and conditions, which states, in the event of a dispute between The Coach (Trainer) and The Member, The Member and The Coach each agree to not engage in any conduct or communications public or private, designed to disparage the student, the program, Inner Glow Circle, the Coach or fellow Members.
