How can I withdraw from IGC Coach Training or Leaders Rising?

Due to the nature of Coach Training and Leaders Rising, which provides immediate access to the IGC Open Coaching calls, trainings, and materials, we do not accept requests for refunds or requests to withdraw from these programs outside of our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. At sign up, all students agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined on the registration page.

What is the IGC 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee?

IGC is committed to excellence in coaching and entrepreneurship. When a student puts their full energy into the course, we know they have an outstanding experience. Because of our confidence in our programs, as well as our commitment to client happiness, we have designed a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If a Coach Training or Leaders Rising student has fully engaged in the course for their first 14 days of access and is still not satisfied, the student may submit the following to be considered eligible for our satisfaction guarantee, which could grant the student withdrawal from Coach Training or Leaders Rising program along with receiving their initial payment back, less an administrative fee of $195.

Coach Training requirements include:

The 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee requires a student to be fully engaged in the course for 14 days, starting from your first scheduled live class (Lesson 1).

  • Live participation in Coach Training over the first 14 days

Attend Lessons 1 and 2 of class on Zoom (tracked by Trainer)

20-minute check-in call with the Training Coordinator (tracked by the Training Coordinator)

Completion and submission of weeks 1 and 2 course materials and assessments (student turns in)

  • Live participation in The Circle between the day you receive access to Lesson 1 and 14 days from your first scheduled live class

Attendance and participation on at least 1 Open Coaching Call on the designated Zoom Line (tracked by Circle Leader)

Written completion of the 5 introductory GlowBook exercises from the IGC portal (Student turn in)

Leaders Rising requirements include:

The 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee requires a student to be fully engaged in the course for 14 days, starting from your first scheduled live class (Lesson 1).

  • Live participation in Leaders Rising over the first 14 days

Attend the 1st monthly training on Zoom (tracked by Trainer)

Attend first monthly Small Group on Zoom (tracked by Trainer)

20-minute check-in call with the Training Coordinator (tracked by the Training Coordinator)

Completion and submission of month 1 course materials (student turns in)

  • Live participation in The Circle between the day you receive access to Lesson 1 and 14 days from your first scheduled live class

Attendance and participation on at least 1 Open Coaching Call on the designated Zoom Line (tracked by Circle Leader)

Written completion of the 5 introductory GlowBook exercises from the IGC portal (Student turn in)

IGC’s 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee requires that there be no negative impact to the course environment or other students in any way. Part of the commitment to coach training is a commitment to the group experience. Various aspects of the course require group participation.

A student wanting to participate in the 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee must email training@innerglowcircle.com expressing their desire to utilize the guarantee within the first 7 days after your first scheduled live class (Lesson 1) to be eligible.

At that point, the student, Trainer and Director of Training will work in partnership to navigate the completion of the first 14 days. The above items (based on the course) must be sent with corresponding attachments to training@innerglowcircle.com before the completion of the student’s initial 14 day period and after the above materials are completed. Late or incomplete items will not be accepted and will void the guarantee.

Once the above materials are completed and turned in (based on the course), the student’s submission will be reviewed by the Director of Training to determine eligibility for any money back.

  • For students on a monthly payment plan, any monies returned to the student will include any initial deposit and the monthly payment(s) less a $195 administrative fee to compensate for the student’s time spent in class the first 14 days.
  • For students who pay in full, any monies returned to the student will include the initial deposit, if applicable, and the remaining tuition fee, less a $195 administrative fee to compensate for the student’s time spent in class the first 14 days. This includes students who choose financing to make their initial payment, and it is solely the student’s responsibility to repay any and all financing used to fund coach training.

Furthermore, please review the non-disparagement agreement listed in the terms and conditions, which states, in the event of a dispute between The Coach (Trainer) and The Member, The Member and The Coach each agree to not engage in any conduct or communications public or private, designed to disparage the student, the program, Inner Glow Circle, the Coach or fellow Members.
